Who do you use to post my items?

This varies by what you've ordered and where you are, but most items will be delivered by Parcelink, Yodel or DX.

We use ParcelForce/TNT for European deliveries.

How long does delivery take?

For UK Mainland 3-5 Working days, you can expect to receive delivery within 5 working days from the day of dispatch.

For European orders, you should expect a 4-8 working day delay. Bigger cities tend to be more towards the 4 working day estimate.

Some deals are for items that require factory assembly to order. i.e Forgan golf clubs. On such deals there will be a erlay in despatch which will be advised both on the deal information page and within the deal alert email. In such instance the technicians usually require an additional 2-3 working days. On finishing the making of these items they will then be despacthed via the delivery method chose at checkout.

Are there express delivery options?

We offer a number of express delivery options, including a next working day and next morning service. However, these might not be available on all deals - please check the product description for more information.

For next day or Saturday delivery, provided your order is placed before 1pm (Mon-Fri) we are usually able to guarantee it will be despatched the same day (unless it is a custom fit product) and delivery the next working day.

If your order is placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday, it will be despatched on the next working day.

Do I need to be in to receive my parcel?

Ideally. Delivery will usually will require a signature, so someone must be there to receive. You can always have your goods delivered to a neighbour or work address. If no alternative has been advised the couriers may seek to leave with the nearest available neighbour and leave a card through your door/post box to advise of this.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes. Details of the courier service and tracking number will be sent to you by email shortly after your item has been despatched.
